Cloud recordings
I did a cloud recording just a few days ago, I had 1 person pinned on the screen, yet still when the meeting was finished recording only the speaker was shown and NOT the person who was pinned. Is there a way to fix this?

No background blur option!
Zoom Desktop Client version 5.16.5 (24269).
Operating system Windows 10.
Processor AMD A6-3650 APU with Radeon(tm) HD Graphics 2.60 GHz, 64-bit operating system.
If I access Zoom through a browser, there is a background blur function, but the video quality and speed are very poor, so it is impossible to hold a conference through a browser.

Hello, I am having trouble converting a meeting recording that is locally stored. When I click "double_click_to_convert_01.zoom", the conversion starts and gets as far as 90% finished, but then it crashes. I've looked through other posts here for help, but most of them are about failure to start the conversion process, whereas I can get it started, but it won't finish. I have restarted my computer, closed and re-opened Zoom ... Thank you for any suggestions, Susan

I suddenly started getting a pop-up at the beginning of my recorded meetings saying 'Your speaker is not working properly. Your voice can still be recorded but the voice of other participants cannot.' Thanks
I absolutely need all voices to be recorded. Has anyone else had this issue? Any thoughts on how do I fix this?

I run an event using Zoom for 90 people. Each participant gets 1 minute to present a vision of where they want to be in the next year. The exercise assigns each person a number. They are either a 1 a 2 or 3. There are 30 rooms each with 3 people (a 1, 2 and 3). The 1s state their vision to the 2s and 3s. After one minute all the 1s are moved to another room where they state their vision again to the 2s and 3s. After one minute all the 1s are moved one final time to another room to again state their vision. Then it is the turn of the twos to explain their vision and go through the room rotation. And finally the threes get to do the same thing. You can imagine the challenge in moving all these people around. It is done by hand one person at a time right now. My question is; can Zoom be programmed to automatically move people on mass multiple times. In my case each person is moved 3 times. Regards,
Clay

Hi! After some updates to Zoom, I am having a problem which I did not use to have. I have kept the same laptop, same windows, same Zoom settings..same everything...but external camera Logitech C-270 started having problems only in Zoom app...not in any other app... camera works wonderfully in other apps except on Zoom. The problem is that as soon as I enter a Zoom meeting, camera starts making horizontal lines (I attach picture)..I tried enabling and disabling many advanced video settings in Zoom..nothing seems to work. My internal camera works fine in Zoom, my external HD camera, does not. The problem seems to be between Zoom and the external camera. I recently reset my laptop to factory setting, and the problem still persists. I insist..external camera works fine in any other app or program. It is not a problem with the camera. How can I solve this? Any fix?

How can I find my recurring meetings on my computer? They are only accessed via the web version. They used to be found after all scheduled meetings (when they should be set ABOVE the scheduled meetings), No longer since the last update.
I want my profile picture to appear, when I turn off my video. It used to, but no longer does. How do I get it back?
The Highlights Foundation Pride Workshop did not register me for the free meeting at Zoom, which, instead, displayed to me an error. As a result, how do I find my 1970-1971 Highlights for Children magazine Groovy Pig (no “The”) published poem and submitted handwritten manuscript to determine whether or not my sheep character was published as “fleecy” or as “sleepy,” as in my Unity School of Christianity June 1971 Wee Wisdom version of the poem, published as The Groovy Pig, my manuscript’s original title?

Hi! I've been having problems with my audio in Zoom. People have been saying that my sound is weak (or weaker then normal). When I look into the Zoom audio settings, I can see that the audio level is low (even if I have the level at max). The problem seems to be the feed between Ecamm Virtual Mic and Zoom (I use Ecamm live to manage my video and audio output via their Victual Mic and Virtual Camera settings). I put my audio level in Ecamm to maximum. I am running my mic throught Loopback and into Ecamm Live, then to Zoom via the Ecamm Live Virtual Mic. Every level in on Max. So I don't understand why my audio level in low in Zoom. I have also in Zoom selected "Original sound ON". My microphone is a Rhode podcaster (a good quality mic). I am asking myself if Zoom is reducing the audio level somehow (even if I have desactivated the option) or if Ecamm is sending a strong enough single out via the Virtual Mic. I could bypass Ecamm and connect my Mic in Zoom directly, but this would prevent me from using other sound sources in Ecamm. I have done the updates. I wonder if it is the cause, because I didn't use the have this problem. Does anyone have this issue or ideas on fixing this? Thank you! )
