Please help I am getting 'This recording does not exist. (3,301)' error.. Need to send meeting recording to a client and they are getting the same error on their end.

I meeting I have had people register for has been deleted. I have asked Zoom via chat if they can tell me when and if I was the one who deleted it. I need to know if the platform is stable, or if I somehow did something wrong because I cannot have a repeat. They will not tell me if they can even find that information or not. Vent: I have been trying to find this answer for 10 days, sitting through 3 chat sessions, wasting over 2 hours of time. The agents just want to keep their metrics low and not actually tell me an answer. The tickets are marked as low priority.

We are using Zoom within our D2L/Brightspace platform. Currently the "join" button is available for participants (students) to see for all meetings scheduled for up to 7 days from the current date. Is there any way to change that setting so the Join button is only available to participants on the day of the scheduled meeting? Thank you in advance, Patricia

When I share my iPad screen to my new MacAir laptop, the shared screen is pink. I update everything and it will work sometimes, but eventually it goes back to being a pink screen. I never know when it is going to work. Has anyone experienced this issue? Thank you

Yes. Thank you. I have spoken to my internet provider about my zoom meetings being interrupted with slow internet connection. They say it isn't them since the diagnostic shows all is well and it is only on this program that it sounds choppy my meetings on zoom. What is the solution some of you have done. ( NOTE: I am a computer illiterate..lol) Blessings for your replies

Need Help!! Is it possible to set up a permanent zoom link.
I would like to use a permanent zoom link that I don't have to change for every meeting. Is there a way I can do that?
I have an new computer and need to know how to put the zoom icon on my taskbar to start a meeting.
I am logged in on my phone, and signed out and in to check that the google account is correct and it is.
I can log into zoom admin on PC with the same account
When I enter a meeting on my cell, the message "Tap to access video call effects" pops up. It has an "x" in the top right corner, but the "x" doesn't do anything. The popup stays on my screen, even after I have left the meeting and closed Zoom on my phone. It is still there on my home screen, sitting on top of everything and I can't get rid of it. (Of course, re-starting my phone gets rid of it—but that should not be necessary.)
