So all this stuff started 2 months ago, since one of my clients moved to China. My client experienced Zoom error code 13215, and after I upgraded my account to “Zoom pro”, she was able to join my meeting again...until this month. Due to the problem in my budget, I couldn’t pay the payment before the due date(Nov 07, 2023). Yeah, I DID pay for it at Nov 11, and it says ‘My account has no outstanding invoices at this time’. On November 19, the client told me that she was unable to join my meeting again, experiencing Zoom error code 13215. I did upgrade my account, I did pay for it. Is there any other way that my client from China could join my meeting again?

I'm in Australia. A user who previously accessed Zoom meetings by landline phone (1-2 years) can now no longer connect. Using the same phone which previously gave no problem, you can dial the number that connects to Zoom and make a connection. You receive the message, 'Welcome to Zoom', please enter your meeting ID. When you start entering the numbers for the meeting ID on the phone keypad you get a message saying you have not entered any numbers and it disconnects. I tried the same numbers on my mobile phone and it connected fine. Would anyone have any idea please why it suddenly stopped working, and what the solution is. The landline phone is an older model Uniden wireless phone (which as noted previously worked fine). I don't have the model number of the phone with me at present. Thanks for your advice.

I create a meeting in Outlook (zoom link is automatically added). When I click on the link to access the meeting from the app, I get the information that I need to wait for the host. I tried to change the settings in zoom so that there is no waiting room for my meetings but the problem keeps on occurring. I

Hi!
Is there a way in the app or on the web to see the recurring meetings I am co-hosting ?
Thanks for your help!
What are the options for having somebody else host or co-host a meeting if the host is incapacitated at short notice before the meeting starts?
Thank you in advance
For years I have been recording my pilates classes to my computer and then they convert to one file which I put on my desktop. I download this to youtube and send it out. Recently, after stopping the recording, it tells me that there is another recording converting, so it can't do this one, yet I can't find where the other file that is converting is. When I look at the recordings in my zoom account under local, they are now in two parts instead of one. I am at a loss where to find other converting video and how to get back to my original way of doing it . Thank you in advance for your help. Gretchen

We have just tested the Twine plugin for managing speed networking in breakout rooms which worked well. However, one test user on a mac had no sound when she was moved into a breakout room although it was fine in the main meeting. The other person in the breakout room with her was also affected and they lost sound too until they were moved into different rooms. So , the mac user stopped the sound for both participants in the breakout room but all fine in the main room. Any ideas?

When I share my desktop in a meeting and am using two monitors, do the screens from both monitors share? If so, how to prevent this?
