I am confused with current offering for the Zoom Client for Windows.

It appears that the only offering is a web-based client.

I currently have a non-web-based client installed on one computer and want to install the same application on another but do not seem to be able to find one to download from the Zoom web site.

Any assistance to locate a non-web-based client would be greatly appreciated.

I have created an organization to connect our sub-accounts to the master account. However, when someone is joining a meeting from one of the sub-accounts they are recieving a pop up warning them that they are joining a meeting that is outside of the organization. Please advise on how to get rid of this pop-up?

This post is specifically for when I launch a meeting i.e. my personal meeting.

If someone sends a chat, is there a way I can get notified? Preferably an email or text notification?

I play a recorded video for a group and I like to move around and do chores and I don't want to miss when someone asks a question. It would be really helpful to get notified.

Does anyone know how to have a recording include the sound from a video that is part of the presentation?  I recorded a meeting I was in, and the recording was fine except when we went through a video clip I was presenting.  the video clip was on the recording but the sound from the video did not get recorded.  Do i need to change a setting or something?

We are hosting a conference on the Zoom Events platform. For one of the sessions we are using breakout rooms (15). We'd like to pre-assign  breakout room hosts to the fifteen rooms but have all other attendees randomly sent to rooms. Can these two things be accomplished at the same time? I know how to pre-assign folks to a room, but does that get overridden if we choose the "randomly" assign function?

I am an online tutor teaching young Chinese children. In the past couple of weeks, some of my students on iPads have reported that the "pen"  icon is no longer where it used to be and they cannot find it. They need to be able to annotate when I share my screen and they can't now. I am guessing it is an update on their end. As mentioned, they are young Chinese kids with very limited English, and their parents have limited English, too. I have not got info on their devices other than they are iPads. Any hints as to where they will find it? Your speedy assistance would be greatly appreciated - not very productive classes for students without them being able to annotate. Thank you! I have a Dell Core i7, 10th gen, and Windows 10. Zoom version 5.16.2.
