Zoom cloud recording still processing after 2 days

Hi, 

I use zoom cloud recording several times a day and three of the recordings are taking so long to be processed. All of the recordings are about 10 min long. - The rest of the recordings were ready for viewing 2 min after the meeting ended. What can I do to solve this issue?

i have the same problem. One important recording is still being processed although the meeting has been closed now since 24+hours ago. Can anybody help, please?2e3e4bb9-f742-49d9-b7fb-c15320bd8c4b.jpg
