Zoom-client (deb) - Ubuntu 23.10 - not able to install

Hi.

I installed a fresh OS of Ubuntu 23.10 today, I cannot install the Ubuntu deb package due to dependency issues.

Note, selecting 'zoom' instead of '/zoom_amd64.deb' 
Some packages could not be installed. This may mean that you have 
requested an impossible situation or if you are using the unstable 
distribution that some required packages have not yet been created 
or been moved out of Incoming. 
The following information may help to resolve the situation: 

The following packages have unmet dependencies. 
zoom : Depends: libgl1-mesa-glx but it is not installable 
       Depends: libegl1-mesa but it is not installable 
E: Unable to correct problems, you have held broken packages.

Will the client be updated to support 23.10 soon ?

(I was able to use the snap package in the meantime, but i prefer the deb)

and the snap has its own problems. Blurry background or other backgrounds do not work ; and I can't seem to be able to unminimize the video.

I face with the same issue. Considering the current state of the snap package, tha is not an option either.

Use the edge version of the snap - it works ok

I can confirm the issue. The fix from askubuntu.com doesn't work, the main repo is already enabled in my case.

Hi all - it looks like the latest version has fixed this issue - Version 5.16.6 (382) 

Note, selecting 'zoom' instead of 'Downloads/zoom_amd64(2).deb' 
The following packages were automatically installed and are no longer required: 
 attr libcephfs2 libgamemodeauto0 libgamemodeauto0:i386 libinih1 samba-ad-provision samba-vfs-modules tdb-tools 
Use 'sudo apt autoremove' to remove them. 
The following additional packages will be installed: 
 cpdb-backend-cups dconf-cli gir1.2-ibus-1.0 ibus ibus-gtk ibus-gtk3 ibus-gtk4 libcairo-script-interpreter2 
 libcpdb-frontend2 libcpdb2 libgail-common libgail18 libgtk-4-1 libgtk-4-bin libgtk-4-common 
 libgtk-4-media-gstreamer libgtk2.0-0 libgtk2.0-bin libgtk2.0-common libxcb-xtest0 python3-ibus-1.0 
Suggested packages: 
 ibus-clutter ibus-doc gvfs 
Recommended packages:

Following these steps will also help :
1. Download the zoom_amd64.deb file.

2. Run `sudo dpkg -i Downloads/zoom_amd64.deb`
3. If any dependency is missing Run `apt --fix-broken install`
