Video has locked on two different computers in two different locations since update.

In the past several days I have run two different meetings in two different locations one on the host machine and one on a participant computer.  They are both PC's running the latest updates.  All of a sudden, the video is captured and locked in the screen.  I have left the meetings and returned to find the same capture showing.  I have had to completely go out of the software sharing the screen (OBS on one machine and the other is Logitech Capture).  Are others experiencing this or am I hitting something that is causing this to happen?  How do I get the live feed back?
