Recurring meeting causing waiting room...

Hello,

 

Recurring meeting forces waiting room?   I do NOT have waiting room enabled, and that didn't used to happen. 

 

Did a test on a standalone meeting with no waiting room enabled and participant was able to join, and then changed the meeting to recurring and now participants are put in a waiting room, but again, the waiting room is not enabled on my account NOR in that specific meeting.    How resolve?

Go into the web portal settings for the specific recurring meeting and uncheck "Waiting Room" under Security. Then click SAVE. Then click START. After Zoom launches click on the Security button and check that Waiting Room is unchecked. You can always change the waiting room using the Security button or the participant list menu after the session is launched.

Waiting room was never checked.   Still an issue
