Need To See All Meetings On My Account Regardless of Schedule Privilege

RocklynSr

Hello,

As the senior administrator on my account, I need to be able to see all of the meetings that my users have set up, whether they have granted me scheduling privileges or not. How can I do this?

Hi, @RocklynSr,

From an administrator's point of view the Admin -> Account Management -> Reports screen has an Upcoming Events report in the Usage Reports tab.

To me it's a little irritating that it'll only span 1 month and doesn't already default to the upcoming month -- only the upcoming day -- but at least you can see everything upcoming.

This was very helpful! I would only add that, because most oft our meetings have no fixed time, I needed to check the box for "include not fixed time events". Once I did this, all of our meetings were displayed.

Thanks!

Hi, @RocklynSr

Do you want to view the scheduled meetings of all users belonging to your account?

Zoom allows customer to set up a limited administrator.
Have your account administrator create a Report Roles group and add your account to that group.

Then you will be able to view them. I think.
