Meeting transcript

I have been a zoom member for a long time and been trying to find a way to activate the video audio transcribing feature on my profile, asked the support and not sure what it is not working I don't want to use another app.
I know this feature is available in the pro plan. 

I recorded- Cloud Recording 

and I approved the transcription in my profile.

Can any one help?

Business, Education, or Enterprise license with cloud recording enabled
Audio transcription enabled
Note: If you meet the prerequisites above, but do not see the option, submit a request to Zoom Support to have this feature enabled.

A meeting transcript provides an accurate account of all ideas discussed and action points required. Additionally, when you record and transcribe meetings, you get a typed-out document that easily converts into meeting minutes.

I have a Pro account. Can I get transcriptions? I've searched the articles and cannot see how to turn it on. Thanks.

I am going KA-RAZY trying to find the transcript of a meeting I recorded to cloud.  I too have a Pro account and all settings are established to get a transcript; however, NO TEXT DISPLAYS on the right-hand side of Recorded Video?!?!  PLEASE ADVISE.  ZOOM HELP, c'mon now!

I have a pro one subscription. Does that count as business, education or enterprise? If not what do I have to do?

Trying to solve this issue is a PITA. ZOOM's "help" does not, really.

I'm having the exact problem. I'm on a Pro account, made sure "create audio transcript" was toggled on in the settings, and I cannot finding the transcript anywhere! You indicated that something did the trick, but I can't tell what. Can you elaborate?
