I had recently a downgrade in may account. Is it possible to review my last records ?

Hi @CRISCONNEX 👋 If you downgraded your account to a free account, you will not have access to those recordings until you resubscribe to a paid account within a 30 day period. After 30 days, your cloud recordings are set to be deleted.
