Experiencing errors with Zoom host and a recurring meeting

Hi there!

 

We recently extended a recurring meeting into 2024. In the past year, it looks like the three of us who were hosts were never formally invited because we are schedulers for an account. This year, when we extended the meeting, I added the three of us as hosts, two of us got notifications and the third (whom I noticed wasn't registered for the meeting) did not.

 

We removed her as a host, however, she is unable to register (as it notes an error and that she is a host). Without completely deleting the event, is there a way we can get her notification email regenerated?
