Audio dropout when playing instructional video for client

Murrel
Listener

I play instructional videos which I stream from another source for my clients  using Zoom. Everything worked well until I had to change computers and replaced my old Windows 10 machine with a new Windows 11 ma chine. Since I started using the new Win 11 box I am suffering audio dropout on the played streams. The tests work perfectly and I have no problem with audio between myself and the client.

I think it is caused by noise cancelation but I don't know how to test for that or what to do if that is the problem.  Of course I don't really know that is the issue.

Again the audio is perfect when communicating verbally. The problem only occurs when I stream videos to the client.

Thanks

- Murrel

Hi @Murrel welcome to the community, trying to understand your discussion further; are you screen sharing your instructional videos? If so, highly recommend enabling 'share audio' before sharing desktop or application windows if not already doing so!
