Are you able to input an mp4 or other audio file into Zoom?

I'm interested in learning more about Zoom's captioning services. I'm wondering if I'm able to input an audio file into the service at all. I'm also wondering about Zoom's automatic speech recognition (ASR) function. Does Zoom use a specific type of ASR? Or is there a company that Zoom contracts for their ASRs? Any information helps! Thanks!
