I need some guidance. And I have been spending all week trying to figure out.
My copmany has Hubspot. And my admin selected the type of role for me that doesn't allow me to do the integration and etc.
I am trying to help her, but there is so much. What are the roles that would allow me to do this kind of thing?

Since the HubSpot integration only requires one Zoom account for authorization, your admin should be able to do this on their account (or create a service account with the requisite admin access).
Instructions can be found here:
https://knowledge.hubspot.com/integrations/use-hubspots-integration-with-zoom
HOWEVER, if you are set on using your account for the integration (only one can be used), you'll need your admin to approve the App on the Zoom side (https://marketplace.zoom.us/apps/o8JuTnfNQ3mS5URt2qjp1Q) and then create a role for you that has the following access:
There is no role out-of-the-box (other than standard 'admin') that will allow you to do what you need. Your admin will need to scope you a new role ('HubSpot Manager', etc) if you wish to use your account. Again, there's really no reason this needs to be done on your Zoom account, as the integration will have access to the entire company's Zoom data, not just the account used for auth.

Hello,
It sounds like you don't hava a good understanding of Zoom roles.
Try reading this Zoom support article about roles.

The Zoom Learning Center has a course about Zoom adminsitration as well that takes about 10 minutes to complete.
The Zoom support site has a good knowledge base on all things Zoom, including marketplace integrations;

There's still something missing.

You'll just need to add the missing perms to the custom role as well, in this case.
