When on a Zoom webinar with breakout room the wrong website shows under my name , How do change this
Emails coming from ZOOM and not the person creating the webinar does not make sense. How can we put my own name down so people who register do not get confused?
このたび顧客企業へ初のWEBセミナーを開催することなりました。 ウェビナーの設定項目に【認証】にある 「出席者に参加時に認証を行うことを求める」にチェックをいれた場合、 参加者がZoomアカウントと作成しないとウェビナーに参加できないとありました。 WEBに疎いご年配の参加者が予想されるため、出来る限り手間をなくして開催したいです。 「出席者に参加時に認証を行うことを求める」 はチェックを入れて開催したほうがいいでしょうか? 「出席者に参加時に認証を行うことを求めない」場合、 どこの企業様が参加したかなど、ホスト側は把握できなくなりますか? ウェビナーを使ったセミナーは初めての試みなどで、アドバイスいただければと思います。 よろしくお願いいたします。

In the documentation, it says that here are settings in the Survey tab which allow you to check whether you want a pop-up survey or a link in the follow up email. (see below) There is no "Survey Options" setting in my webinar Survey tab. What am I missing? Thanks,

i am sorry if this may be a repeat but i couldn't find the guidance to make this happen. am looking to embed a webinar registration form into my wordpress site. the iframe suggested in one thread was of no use - i get the "oh, no - you're lost" page from Zoom"... can someone have mercy and help me with this question, please? thank you very much! nico PS: am not an IT professional so would greatly appreciate a more "lay-term" response... thank you, again!

Hi zoomies 🙂 Our organization is currently hosting Zoom webinars for up to 500 participants and we are interested in customizing the registration confirmation email and registration page. Basic options are pretty substandard. Additionally, we have been able to edit the registration confirmation page, but we are curious if it is possible to also edit the registration page itself, and if so, how and where can we do so? 1) Is it possible to customize the confirmation email that is sent to registrants upon registration? If so, how can I do that? I found the email template under Account Management > Webinar Settings, but I'm not sure if editing it there will automatically update it for my webinar. 2) Additionally, we would like to customize the registration page for my webinar. Is that possible, and if so, where and how can I do that? I have seen that customizing the email and registration page requires the following prerequisites: - Pro, Business, Education, or Enterprise account
We are using Zoom OnePro and have seen that it is possible to edit the email template under account management > webinar settings. However, we are wondering if there is a drag & drop option available for this customization, as it seems quite complicated.
Basically, the questions are:
- Zoom Webinars add-on
- HTML, CSS, and FreeMarker Format knowledge
- Account owner or admin privileges to edit email templates for all webinars in the account
Is there anything else I need to know or do to be able to customize these elements for my webinar?
Can anyone share experiences?
Basically, we would like to remove some parts, such as "ways to join the webinar," edit some text, reorder some parts, change some visuals (add to calendar), and adjust the banner size.

For free Zoom Events, Zoom says you register from any country in the world apart from about 4, namely North Korea, Cuba, Iraq, Syria. For paid Zoom Events, the list of countries you can register from is quite limited, including only 12 out of the 44 countries in Europe (my main market). Am i correct in assuming that this restriction is because of the agreements struck with Zoom's payment providers - Stripe and PayPal - and if so, is a workaround to sell admission tickets off the Zoom platform and then upload and register customers for free on Zoom? Or will those free registrants still be restricted from access? Thanks for all help on this.

In my department we sometimes need to share pre-recorded webinar content while traveling. We share using the "Advanced Share" option to share an MP4 file on desktop. I would like to have that same option on mobile, either iPad or iPhone, so we don't need to be tied down to our laptops to run a webinar while traveling.
