Hello, I was just wondering if anyone knew if it is possible to add a speaker's email address publically? A lot of our speakers would like their email shared for networking during our conferences, but I can't find a place to put this other than writing it in their bios.

Hi. I am setting up 2 webinars with registration required, both happening in one day. Is it possible to make a shared registration form for both webinars, where the form allows attendees to choose either webinar 1 or 2? Thanks
A strange thing just happened with a webinar that I was hosting. At some point near the beginning of the webinar the camera feed started to appear twice as if I were signed into the meeting as two different accounts at the same time. Both were clearly coming from this same device because that camera view was the same. At first I thought I was somehow screen sharing our YouTube stream of the webinar, but that wasn't it. Then I noticed that there was a button on the top right hand of the Zoom window prompting me to sign in, the client window was completely signed out. Chatting and screen sharing continued to work, but the original audio toggle disappeared. Ultimately it looks like the whole thing ran in a way that was normal to the audience, but I didn't know if I should sign in, if that would interrupt the stream. I'd also like to know what I would need to do to prevent this in the future.

Hello! I made a webinar and sent the links to the add to calendar option through our newsletter (we've done this before and it worked fine). This time only I can add the meeting to the calendar since I'm logged into the account that created the webinar, but anyone else who got the email could not. Error codes are 200 and 3001. I thought it was because we're using HubSpot and they might be adding a UTM, but that wasn't the issue at all. It's just because they aren't logged into the account that made the webinar that's why they can't add to calendar. Anyone help, please? Thank you!

The PowerPoint slides did not record in our Zoom webinar. Is there a setting that needs to be changed in the settings so the slides will record next time?
Hello, I'm going to broadcast my webinar on LinkedIn Live, in parallel with Zoom. Thank you.
I've taken out a Zoom Webinar subscription with my business address, and I'm the administrator of my company page.
Can you confirm that I won't have any problems broadcasting on LinkedIn Live on the day of the webinar, since I'm Amin but I'm not the one who created my company's LinkedIn page?

We are hosting a webinar for 400 employees where at the end we would like to toast and see everyone's face. How can I allow attendees to turn on their cameras?
To provide training on our own website, we plan to host webinars and would like to use the Zoom application as the connection source. How can we integrate this, and can participants watch the Zoom webinar directly on our website, or do they need to click the link in the email to join?"

I use the newest Zoom version, When I facilitate a group of participants I share a slides for everybody. When somebody else shares e.g. a video or a whiteboard and I stop sharing my slides for this, there is no 'share presentation button' afterwards visible on the Zoom menu when the video sharing is ended. How can I re-share my slide presentation for a second time and find the 'share slide button' (it's also not in the More section). I would be very happy if anybody could help. 😊
