Questions / Comments field on webinar registration form

Hello,


I've added the ability for someone to leave a question / comment for an upcoming webinar - but I can't find out where to access what has been submitted?  I can see the list of people registered, and when I download that list it doesn't include what was submitted in that field.

Hi -- Normally (according to Zoom's help documents) you would find this information in the Analytics section by clicking the "Download Standard Reports" button and then clicking Download next to General Ticket Registration.

 

But for me today, suddenly my custom registration questions showed up in that report but all the answers were set to N/A. Honestly, this does not seem to be correct behavior because last week they /did/ show up in that report.

 

I found a workaround (see this forum post) that indicated you could create a Custom Report of the "Registration Question for Ticket" and then that custom report does actually contain the answers to your custom registration questions.
