Hello,
My zoom crashed while downloading the recording and I can't find the recording on my computer. Is there any way to recover it?
Thanks.

Hey @JJH, were you downloading a Cloud recording from https://zoom.us/recording? If so, you can just go back to https://zoom.us/recording and redownload the recording.
However, if referring to converting a local recording you can find that recording in your Zoom desktop client, under 'meetings' 👉 'recorded' and you will see the locally recorded videos from there and re-convert/convert the recording.
Hope this helps!
