How do you maximize Zoom platform for online coaching and Group coaching?

I am about to move my group coaching from Facebook Live  + Facebook groups ➡️ Zoom Meetings + Zoom Team chat + Channels.

Interested in other coaches or Educators who are doing something similar with adult audience

Any advice on what works, how to scale, how to manage multiple cohorts, or any challenges using Zoom platform in this way would be appreciated.
