Need technical support about an issue from a webinar from April 6th

Hello Everyone, I need to speak to someone who can verify that I was on a zoom call back on April 6th. The zoom chat box is telling me that I don't have the right account to speak to someone about my issue. I upgraded my account and I still do not have access to technical support. Please let me know how I can get in contact with them. It is imperative that I speak to someone. Thank you
