my account is still showing basic after paying all invoices . It's a week ago . I contacted support team but they said your account is special and looking by a different team and i'm helpless but raising a ticket . ticket raised on 2 sept and till today no response from support team . Shame on Team Zoom .

I found your tickets and see that you've been advised to log into your account and upgrade to a paid subscription again. I'll ensure that your tickets are merged and addressed.
