Does anyone know if there is a way to recover a recorded meeting from an account that isn't the "pro" version? The recording was "saved to the cloud" but the account that saved it to the cloud doesn't even have the pro version of zoom so cannot access said cloud. The account that zoom SHOULD have opened in does have that ability, but in this case it opened in the wrong account. It's impossible to submit a ticket or chat with anyone or even call, since the account is such a low standing for zoom admin.

Only a Licensed (paid) subscriber can save to the Zoom Cloud. And only the user with the Pro account (or an admin in the user's organizational account) can access any Cloud recordings.
