I already canceled the payment, but the payment continues to be made.

It's been four months with today.

I even pay for it, I can not use upgrade version.

if you look at the bill, you will see my claim record.

I need you to cancel my payment right now.

Please refer to Cancelling Your Subscription. Simply cancelling, disputing, or ordering a stop payment will not stop automatic debits. You have cancel your paid service through your account.
