I have been trying to get resolution to an issue that started SIX MONTHS ago. I have worked with two different account managers, a sales manager, and Zoom support and they have ALL stopped responding to my repeated emails. The last email I received from the sales manager I have been working with was over TWO MONTHS ago! Does anyone have any suggestions on how to escalate an issue? I would love to have the contact information for a senior manager of some sort but I'm sure that won't be easy to obtain. Any help would be greatly appreciated as I have spent WAY too much time and energy on this, and the lack of support and even replies to my multiple emails is simply inexcusable and abismal. Very frustrated with Zoom!!!

I need to know my upcoming monthly payments will be automatically paid or I have to pay with my interaction ? And where can I see this autopayment option to enable or disable ?

Hi Guys, I purchased my zoom pro membership through the app store and I now need to upgrade. When I go to upgrade it says any changes need to be made through the app store and that it was a single license membership and I would need to cancel through the app store and repurchase through zoom. When I cancelled it through the app store and tried to upgrade through zoom it didn't allow me and it says "contact sales to upgrade" I really need to upgrade to business pro and add extra cloud storage for my business asap. Any help is appreciated.

I’ve been looking for someone who can answer questions about Master/Sub-Accounts.

 

I have a collection of associates — not employees, but other small business owners – who each has a Pro account, but collectively we would be 10 or more paid accounts, able (I hope)  to be a Business Account. It would be important for each small business to retain its own current accounts during the transition.

 

I would operate the Master Account as the manager of the collective group, and each Sub-Account writing be managed by their respective business owner.

 

 Zoom Support articles discuss the syntactic tasks of creating the Master and Sub-Account structures – the detailed process of creating them. What I can’t find are semantic discussions – the pros and cons of various situations, use cases that work and those that don’t, etc.

 

Are you a master of Master/Sub-Account knowledge?  I’d appreciate the opportunity to discuss the details of my plan, and your guidance in the best way to provide the best operational approach for my associates.

We can not do payment from the zoom account for the Zoom for Education plan

Hello, we are difficulties with the payment for the  Zoom for Education plan that we used to earlier. We are trying to make payment for zoom for education, but the payment process does not go through. Could you please assist with this issue?

When our organization had a free subscription, I was able to login to a scheduled meeting on one of two different laptops. This because one has video and the other does not.  Today, after purchasing a Zoom account, I could not login from the laptop that has video working. I could only login from the laptop that I used to purchase the Zoom account (without video). I need a solution.

How can I email someone about this who can look into what happened? The chatbot, never led to any results.

Zoom Chat is VERY UHELPFUL

Zoom Chat should be available to all users who pay. I pay for zoom and webinars as well.  It's absurd that Zoom cannot support it's customers!
