My business account has one one-month webinar subscription which is active until May 12th which we used to hold a webinar last week. We would like to hold a webinar on May 22nd as well, so I am trying to purchase an additional month of webinar to either replace our current plan or lengthen the subscription by 1 month. This seems simple but is completely impossible to do online.

 

When I try to edit our webinar subscription, I am unable to add a month or switch to an annual plan. After selecting the new plan, entering payment details, and clicking Place Order I get the error message "i is undefined" in Firefox, and a similar javascript error message in Edge. When I try to "add another Webinar plan" on top of the existing one, I am only able to select much more expensive plans for larger webinars with no option for adding another 500 person Webinar plan.

 

I have emailed every support contact I had and spent hours on the phone, and when I finally got through to someone, they weren't authorized to view our plan details?? After escalating my ticket, someone finally got back to me today and answered a completely different question that I didn't ask without offering any help related to purchasing another month of webinar.

 

Does anybody else have experience with this Webinar plan issue or the error messages I was getting? If my user creates a webinar with our current plan, will this webinar be deleted when we switch plans?

Hi, I recently received an email from zoom about subscription being due. Email had a date at least a month old, and my subscription isn't due until July anyway! Couldn't find any contact besides this to query or point out to zoom a possible scam. Anyone know a contact or had similar emails. If a scam they seemed to have my details, which is a worry.

I am requesting to change the owner account because the company has gone out of business and I do not have access to the owner's email.

Current owner account : tax @ humab.kr (It is not using account)

Move to owner account : kukdong @ kd.co.kr (It is admin account)

-> Owner account + Admin account is possible?

If it is possible, please proceed it.

 

2.

In addition to the inquiries regarding transfer of ownership account, I'd like to ask you other inquiries.

Regarding the attached invoice, payment was made for two quantities, but only one account was actually used. (kukdong @ kd.co.kr) Therefore, we are requesting a refund for one unused quantity.

Hello, 

 

I need your support!

I have a Zoom account, where I pay for, but I can no longer access to it. When I want to login, I get the following message:

You cannot log in to your account. Please try the other procedures listed.

 

E-Mail and password is definitly correct. 

I tried to restore the password, but then I get the following e-mail back (translated from german to english):

A request has been made to change your account password. Since your account administrator has disabled signing in with your work email address, please click the button below and sign in using one of the other methods listed.

 

I don´t understand this. I don´t have any account admin - I´m the only one who uses it? How can I restore the account?

Haven't logged in since signing up in 2023, getting impossible account violations

I signed up for Zoom in 2023. I didn't log in or use the account. I forgot about it. In January 2024, I got an email saying I violated terms of service and was suspended. This is impossible..because I hadn't logged in since signing up. I appealed and... Show more

I signed up for Zoom in 2023. I didn't log in or use the account. I forgot about it. In January 2024, I got an email saying I violated terms of service and was suspended. This is impossible..because I hadn't logged in since signing up. I appealed and said this and account was reinstated. I didn't need to use Zoom so still hadn't logged in since signing up. Now since April, I have been getting back to back emails about account violations even though I haven't logged into Zoom since signing up.

I am getting tired of the emails and am considering further action because Zoom can't tell me I broke rules if I haven't even logged in. I would like an actual human and not automated Zoom replies. Zoom already had to send me a check for violating the law, so I don't mind getting paid again to stop being harassed.
