si no se pudiera, al bajar a plan de 30 Gb lo que esta grabado en la n ube se pierde o me dan dias para bajarlo ?

The price of Zoom One Business

I saw the price of Zoom One Business is $199.9 on 22 March and stared our company's purchasing process. But we found that the cost on yesterday is $219.89. Please advice if the price is increased in this month.

J’ai cherché depuis 1 mois à modifier mon moyen de paiement en insérant les références d'une nouvelle carte bancaire sans parvenir à valider cette opération comme le démontre la saisir d'écran jointe

Espérant trouver une solution car j'ai besoin  d'utiliser « zoom » avec les mêmes numéros et code de réunion

I cancelled the Billing Renewal notice the day before it was due to Renew and got a Cancellation confirmed message.  But I have still been charged a further  month on my Credit Card.  Amount 88.99 eur on 25th March.

I am looking for a refund.

I was the administrator of our Zoom subscription and I found out that our subscription was not continued by management. I was not informed and now I get helpdesk calls from users who want to participate with other companies zoom meetings and they cannot register due to our associated domain registration.

 

I cannot delete or administer the registration any more and I filed a case a few days agoo, but no response from support still.  

 

How do I contact zoom support to finally end that domain registration?

Unable to purchase an additional month of Webinar with one subscription already active

My business account has one one-month webinar subscription which is active until May 12th which we used to hold a webinar last week. We would like to hold a webinar on May 22nd as well, so I am trying to purchase an additional month of webinar to either replace our current plan or lengthen the subscription by 1 month. This seems simple but is completely impossible to do online.

 

When I try to edit our webinar subscription, I am unable to add a month or switch to an annual plan. After selecting the new plan, entering payment details, and clicking Place Order I get the error message "i is undefined" in Firefox, and a similar javascript error message in Edge. When I try to "add another Webinar plan" on top of the existing one, I am only able to select much more expensive plans for larger webinars with no option for adding another 500 person Webinar plan.

 

I have emailed every support contact I had and spent hours on the phone, and when I finally got through to someone, they weren't authorized to view our plan details?? After escalating my ticket, someone finally got back to me today and answered a completely different question that I didn't ask without offering any help related to purchasing another month of webinar.

 

Does anybody else have experience with this Webinar plan issue or the error messages I was getting? If my user creates a webinar with our current plan, will this webinar be deleted when we switch plans?

Couldn't find any contact besides this to query or point out to zoom a possible scam. Anyone know a contact or had similar emails. If a scam they seemed to have my details, which is a worry.
