I have manually updated my Zoom to a newer version, but it has gotten to the point where an hour after updating it, it reverts itself back to an older version. I have tried so many times to get rid of Zoom in every way, deleted files, uninstalled it, and looked so deep in my systems, but somehow and someway, Zoom keeps reverting back to an older version that cannot be used at all until it updates.

This is my own personal computer, and it just does this. How can I ensure Zoom stays updated and in the newest version that it needs to be in permanently?

I received an email that I must 'unassign' one of my remaining 2 users in order to downgrade my plan. When I go to the User Management page as instructed (https://zoom.us/account/user#/), I find I can Deactivate, Unlink or Delete. Which of these steps is equivalent to 'unassign'? Or, where should I be looking for Unassign?

I have a basic ZOOM account. But I haven't been able to log in to it at all for about two weeks. Because ZOOM always asks me for the code that makes an authentication app. I've never set my account 2FA, so I don't have any backup code. I don't have an authentication app, either. I would like to delete this account. I made another account to ask about this problem, and I tried to register my phone number in this new account, but I couldn't. I think that this situation occurred because of the existence of my previous ZOOM account. please tell me how to solve this problem.

Brand new personal account linked to my work account. Not good!

I opened up a free personal Zoom account and Zoom automatically linked it to my work account. I cannot find a way to unlink the accounts.

 

Any ideas?

tried to log in, wouldn't accept credentials, called support, they said there was no record of my account, even though i have bank statements proving i have been paying $16/month for almost a year, and have been actively using that account, with recorded meetings, which are now gone. Representative made me create a new account. when i try to change the meeting ID to my phone number, it won't let me as it says the # is associated with another account. but supposedly that account doesn't exist? please help. I have all of my business contacts and information and connections through that account and meeting ID.

How do I change the email address for receiving notifications from Zoom?

Hi,

 

I switched to a new email address which is now my sign-in address. However, all communication from Zoom still goes to my old email address. How do I change the email address for communications and notifications from Zoom?

I would like to upgrade my basic account to pro. I made the corresponding selections, after entering my billing address I cannot process further. Reason is that the form requires me to provide a tax number. However, I am a private person - no business, no tax number - and  I also did not check the "This is a corporate adress" field.

Is there an error in the checkout form?

Any suggestions how to proceed?
