I have one Zoom Pro Subscription account and am managing one user, including myself.

 

When I try to change one user from Basic to Licensed, I encounter an issue. Previously, I was able to make this change, but today, after changing all users to Basic, I can no longer upgrade a user to Licensed.

 

I received the following message: "You have exceeded the limit of license assignment for your account. Buy more licenses to increase the limit."

 

However, my account shows that one Zoom Pro license is available, yet I still cannot make the change.

 

Please help me resolve this issue.

My wife was trying to replace the lost password for her account when I thought to use her Apple account to access it. I ended up creating a new account with the same email address. The new account masks the old one and became the login for that email... Show more

My wife was trying to replace the lost password for her account when I thought to use her Apple account to access it.  I ended up creating a new account with the same email address.  The new account masks the old one and became the login for that email.  She needs to regain access to the old one to recover information there.  1.) Is the old account still there?  If so, will either of the following work to restore it to visibility.  2.) Delete the new account.  3.) Change the email address on the new account.  4.)  Backup is to icloud.  Is there a way to recover list of session ids? Anything else?  Thanks.

the latest zoom version of the desktop app

When I try to use the desktop app, I'm told that I need to upgrade to version 5.15.5.  It also tells me to contact my IT department to have this done.  I don't have an IT department.  What do I do now?

I was creating a Zoom account with my work email today. I accidentally clicked educator account and now I am unable to create my account. I tried to redo the signup process and this did not help as it redirected back to the educator info page. I tried to follow the advice from several of the forums and contact support. The billing and account management department said they could not help me and technical support immediately closed my case and basically told me to refer to the same forums that referred me to them.

 

I really need this fixed and I do not understand why others accounts were brought restarted by mine can't. I cannot finish the signup portion so I only have the email in question but I do not have a meeting ID or anything as the sign-up portion is not done.

I then changed it to kylie@ as I had a new staff member using hi@ and I wanted to have full login myself.
Somehow it's now changed itself (ZOOM!) back to hi@ and I ca n't change it back.
I have tried to contact support and the CHAT tells me I'm not eligible for support - even though I have a paid account, which I think is outrageous! 
One of my team members has the login, however I, as the company owner, should have it. No matter how hard we try, we can't change it back to me. I have screenshots and all manner of things to share. Please help! 
p.s When I try change the Zoom account's email address to kylie@ the message I receive is that kylie@ is already registered ... however, I can't log in with that email address. Very frustrating.
