having more than one zoom account

I currently have a free zoom account but would like to create a 2nd paid account for a business I just started. How do I do that and be able to use them both?

  1. Currency of Payment: We plan to proceed with payment using a credit card. Could you please confirm if payment is made in US dollars or if it can be processed in South Korean Won?

  2. Payment Unit: At our education office, payments in South Korean Won can only be processed in increments of 10 Won. Could you kindly verify if it is possible to make payments for the Zoom Pro account in South Korean Won, specifically in increments of 10 Won?

I have cancelled the professional plan as it is not worth the money but ZOOM are still trying to take payment from my account. Why?
This is really annoying and, more seriously, it is now affecting my credit record. I regard this as bullying. I want them to  stop immediately.

Downgrading from Pro to basic

I want to downgrade my subscription from Pro to basic but it is not allowing me. 

We now use Teams for meetings for the past one year so paying for Zoom is a waste but it is not allowing me. What can i do?

change email in login details

I have changed my user email from gmail to outlook.

I receive the invoice on outlook but I cannot change the login email. So whenever I receive a verification code, it goes to my old gmail. How can I change it?
