We are considering a larger deployment of Zoom and I am wondering if a Zoom administrator can see all of the support cases that their organizations users have opened ? 

 

Here is the scenario - just in case my note isn't clear...

 

Let's imagine that George Jetson is the administrator for Zoom at Spacely Sprockets. George ensures that all Zoom rooms are functioning correctly, that it is integrated with other applications, etc. George is the focal point for all things Zoom at his company. 

Jane is a user at Spacely Sprockets:
1) Can Jane file a case directly with Zoom? 
2) If Jane can file a case with Zoom, is George notified that the case was opened? 
3) Can George see that case in the support portal? 

 

If George can see Jane's case that is great! But also if George leaves Spacely Sprockets and is replaced by Barney Rubble - we want to be sure that Barney can see the status of outstanding cases.

My zoom account which logs in through my apple ID recently expired. I have renewed it on the app store > 24 hours ago but cannot log in. There is no error message. Once I enter the username and password, it just goes back to the login screen. The hyperlink looks weird though. This is what it says in the address bar:

Hello team,

 

We are having multiple Zoom Pro accounts for our company (Employees).

 

I have a query on this.

 

I want to know the difference between having 4 separate zoom pro accounts vs 4 licensed users in one account.

 

What is the point of buying multiple new user licenses in one account vs buying 4 separate new accounts?

 

If the cost and benefits are the same in both, then why is this option available in Zoom platform?

 

We already know:

  1. Only one person can host a meeting in one zoom pro account at a time. Another person can host it when this account is available. Till then he/she cannot host another meeting.
  2. If we want to host 2 different programmes at the same time, we must either have 2 different zoom pro accounts or 1 pro account with multiple user licenses.

 

In this case, we want to know whether there are any differences between these two options. Is there any extra benefit or payment offers, if we buy multiple user licenses in one account or buying multiple separate zoom pro accounts for each individual?

 

Kindly let us know the difference.

Email Disappeared

Until recently I would received my monthly invoice to my email. This has stopped and I can not see where to have the invoices sent to my email. My gmail email seems to have disappeared from my account.

 

Anyone know what this might be about?

I log into zoom via my google account but I am now wishing to utilise my work computer as it is better than my personal one but my workplace will not allow google (it only allows Microsoft), so I cant log in on my work computer. 

 

I have looked in my profile and settings to see if I have a way to set up a sign in option but I cant see one.  Pls can someone advise if this is possible and where I might locate it 🙂

Payment rejected, cant change currency

I'm getting payment reject on all available methods, with a working card, I can't change the currency to see if it works, also can't get to chat with any real person and its impossible to submit a ticket.

 

Can someone help me on this?

On the screen, I see two invoices. Status of the first (-168,54$) is "Сredit". The status of the second (11,34$) is "open" and "pay".

Does it mean that 168,54$ was automatically paid from the card connected to Zoom? What means "Сredit" next to the "168,54$"?

I'm trying to upgrade from Zoom Free to Zoom Pro for personal use.

Every time I try to complete the personal details section, the system assumes I am a business account and I need to check the VAT registration box or the non-registration waiver.

I've tried cancelling and restarting several times.  I also deleted the account and set up a new one.
