every year zoom charges me the subscription fee in advance and I lose 1 or 2 months of my subscription. They send me an email asking me to update my details, but it's only to charge me. How do I claim back the months I've lost?

Spero che qualcuno possa aiutarmi.

Sto cercando di fare un upgrade dal mio profilo di base a quello Workplace Pro.

Il costo dovrebbe essere di € 149,90, come scritto bene in vista ovunque sulla piattaforma.

Ma appena riepilogo l'ordine, pronto per pagare, mi appare una voce di costo denominata "IMPOSTA STIMATA" con un ulteriore costo di € 32,98.

Quindi il totale che vorrebbe farmi pagare (TASTO: Invia Ordine e Conferma Pagamento) è di 182,88.

Decisamente superiore a quanto pubblicizzato/comunicato.

Mi sapreste spiegare perchè? Ho sbagliato io qualcosa nelle impostazioni oppure sono aumentati i costi?

Inoltre non capisco perchè un servizio on line (mai successo prima) vorrebbe farmi pagare un' IMPOSTA STIMATA.

Vi ringrazio molto in anticipo.

We also created an account which is billed 12.99/month, but I dont know the login and password for that billed account so I can;t use it. Also a problem is (I think) that the free account and the billed account use the same email address. So I am paying for a membership every month that I can't use. Can I transfer the billed account somehow to my existing account? Or what shall I do?
