My account is up in 1 week.  I use it for 12 step meetings.  The 12 step group is going to buy a 1 year subscription to zoom, but also wants to use my current ID link and password.  We either want to transfer the account to the 12 step group with the same id and pass and the group will then pay for the next year.

 

Or we want to change the name of my current account which is up in 1 week, to the 12 step group, keep the id and pass, and also pay for the next year.  How should we do this?

Necesito hablar con un ser humano que me explique por que, si acabo de pagar el saldo que estaba pendiente de la cuenta anual que se actualizo en julio aun me permanece como cuenta gratuita y me pide hacer el pago nuevamente. 
En historial de facturación me figura como que no tengo facturas pendientes, pero no cuento con el servicio. 
y me sale un Estado: credito que no se que significa. 

Necesito el servicio para trabajar, alguna respuesta

I have problem to sign in to my zoom account with my email because I can't access my email anymore.

I try to submit a ticket but AI agent ask me to log in. How can I log in if verification code sand to my email that I can't access.

I try to talk to agent, and the result is I can't talk to agent.

Today is 3rd day, I failed to give lecture to my student because I can use my zoom account.

This AI agent and the link that given don't solve my problems.

Please, I need help. All I need is just to change the email that I can't access to my new email.

I need to talk to person agent not AI agent or talk via email.

I'm looking to update a member of staff's email address/login ID on their zoom account however they already have several meetings scheduled and a few more accepted as attendees.  If they update their account email and login ID, will this cause any problems with their existing meeting schedule?  What I'm trying to avoid is a scenario where their existing meetings are wiped out or if they go to start a meeting and it's no longer on their account.

Can anyone assist me on my concern?
In April 2, 2024, I've sent an email to teamzoom@zoom.us informing the team that our account was charged automatically although we were not requesting it.  What we did is we canceled the subscription.   We renewed our subscription on July 16, 2024, and paid the required amount. However, 1the following concerns still needs to be addressed: 
1. a notification pops up, informing us of the outstanding balance of $15.  Upon checking the billing and payment history, no billing amounting to @$15 included in the list.
2. There is   3.87 dollar credited on our account dated April 20, 2024. 
3.  We can't go live in FB page using zoom  due to "PERMISSION ERROR". 
 
With this, we would like to ask for your team's assistance as soon as possible. We'll  be using the zoom's FB live on July 18, 2024.

Reprots before upgrading for eduactional account (I will upgrade)

hi everybody,

 

I want to ask if I have an educational account and want to generate reports for meetings I hosted before upgrading, is it possible?

I read that for educational accounts this could be possible like the paid account

sharing an account

My wife and I have been sharing a zoom account on two different computers.  When she tries to sign into the account, a blank screen comes up and she no longer has access to the account.

Has something changed with Zoom?
