I have recieved over a dozen emails notifying me that someone has been entering my zoom space over the last several days and creating whiteboards, etc. (ex: Xiaomi 22041219I has created the following whiteboard in your meeting "Kristi Hatter's Personal Meeting Room"). I have logged out completely and signed back in. I have deleted all of the items this person has created. I tried to change my PMI in my account settings but when I create a new PMI and click save I get "Meeting already started." and it wont let me change the PMI. I cant see any open meetings to try to shut everything down. How do I get this person out of my account and how do I change my security settings to ensure this does not continue!?

user/admin question

I am the sole owner of a pro plan account. When I try to access some of the AI features, the toggles are greyed out and the message alongside says locked by Admin. I am the admin of this account, what am I missing?

CANCELLING MY MAIL SUBSCRIPTION

Hi Community,

 

Is there any way I can cancel the reception of unwanted emails from Zoom, i.e. marketing, newsletters, and so on, as i do not need them other than saving the planet some carbon offprint?

I have another zoom account, with which I usually logged in with Facebook account. But a couple of months ago, My Facebook account was hacked and now I can't use this account. So, I can't access my Zoom account either. So after that happened, I use another account(which I'am using now). But  last week, I found my former zoom account(which I can't use) has been payed for one year membership. But I can't log in. What can I do?
