Hello all,

 

I have been logging in to Zoom everyday without any issues until yesterday when I used the same account and same password, and it displayed the above error message "An error with reCAPTCHA occured. Please try again.". 

 

I can log in using the Zoom App without any issues. However, I need to log into the browser version to download video recordings and unable to log in.

 

Any help, please?

  1. I already have a personal Zoom account using my personal email as my account.
  2. I've been sent an invite to join an organization to my personal email. 
  3. I click on the link to accept the invite.
  4. I get the error in the subject line (  1,009 ).

The AI support bot is ineffectual to assist.

 

Can someone in Zoom support help me with this?

 

Has anyone ever had this happen to them?

We got the zoom pro version on 23rd august 2023 and it was automatically taken for the next renewal on 23rd august 2024 and it created the invoice. But for now we are ready to take the zoom pro verison for only 1 month. I have also closed the subscription for the year but still i am not able to renew it for one month. can you kindly guide it and do the necessary as soon as possible.

My name is Wee Akara and I registered my Zoom account using the email "***********". My account was deactivated on 31/8/2024 due to a violation of the Terms of Service or Community Standards.

I believe this deactivation is a mistake, as I have not violated any terms. I have strictly adhered to Zoom’s Terms of Service and Community Standards.

I have attached evidence that supports my claim, such as screenshots of my account activity and relevant emails.

I kindly request that the Zoom team review and reactivate my account.
