결제방법 변경 후 이중결제 되었습니다.

퇴사한 직원 명의에 카드로 24.09.07 정기요금(1년) 결제 되어
24.09.10 결제방법 법인카드로 변경 및 통화변경(KRW) 하였더니

법인카드로 정기요금(1년) 24.09.10~25.09.10 사용료 결제 됨
24.09.11 구독취소 후 재결제 하였더니 구독취소시 수수료 차감 후 환불되었습니다.

퇴사한직원 카드 취소와, 구독취소시 수수료 차감부분은 어떻게 환불 받아야 합니까?

My Zoom account suddenly changed from Pro to Basic

I bought PRO account for 1 year, from Sept 2021 to Sept 2022. But today Jan 21 2022, my account suddenly reverted to BASIC, and I got the 40 minutes limitation. Did anyone get the same problem? And do you know how to solve it?

Multiple Zoom Accounts

I have a personal Free account. I just set up a Pro account for my community HOA. I am using different email addresses. The account numbers are different. Why is my personal profile showing that I have a Pro account?

on m'avertit que mon abonnement prendra fin dans 60 jours ???!!!

J'ai utilisé une carte de paiement virtuel car je n'admets pas que zoom me réinscrive obligatoirement , en augmentant l'abonnement d'ailleurs!

Que puis-je faire? je ne trouve aucun numéro de téléphone pour régler directement ce problème .

Paid for 20 Zoom Licenses- only getting Basic 40 min

I have reached out to Customer Service and sent all of the payment documentation. No help so far. I asked for a one week extension while Zoom locates the funds we sent, but no luck. NOT HAPPY

Paid for Zoom One Pro back in December but my account (only 1 email address used) still shows Basic.

Suport form is useless, cannot press "Next" after filling in all boxes.

Email billing - that fails with a zoom returned email stating to use KB, KB and chat bot are useless.

 

Someone from Zoom needs to reply to this and assist, or quite simply I will do a chargeback as I expect a modicum of service, granted do not need telephone support, but the minimum is a working and proper email address for support when your own product fails to work as it should when money is paid.
