Please can I have assistance. I have tried to upgrade to pro and twice now put my card number in and the page freezes with just a "please wait" note on it. I fear that my card will now be charged twice for this and I still don't have access to the upgraded platform. I have tried calling Zoom and get no human only messages and then being cut off. I desparatley need to get this sorted. Urgent attention woulkd be apopreciated. thank you

Let me know why I even lose access to paid features why? I have paid USD for Zoom feature for 10 July 2025, I have paid till 10July 2025, so why I lose my access to even for paid feature??? Why?? why and how i can lose my access to paid features in 2024 just because my card is expiring in 11 2024 ? but i have paid till 10 July 2025

How to keep my paid subscription easily open-able?

I am a paid subscriber. I have a new computer my wife uses now. When we open Zoom on her computer, it always opens a non-subscriber account (with the limited meeting time).I have to then go through the painstaking steps of going to settings; opening ... Show more

I am a paid subscriber. I have a new computer my wife uses now. When we open Zoom on her computer, it always opens a non-subscriber account (with the limited meeting time).

I have to then go through the painstaking steps of going to settings; opening up "Profile", edit profile, 
putting in email and password and all that. I do not need to do that on my own desktop (in the other room)

How can I permanently save Zoom on her desktop using my paid subscriber account?

Я решил войти в систему с учетной записью Google без регистрации на платформе Zoom и приобрел план. теперь я не могу получить доступ к своей учетной записи на платформе Zoom без учетной записи Google, поэтому каждый раз мне приходится сначала входить в учетную запись Google, а затем входить в платформу Zoom. Можете ли вы мне помочь? Как мне создать дополнительный логин и пароль для платформы Zoom? то есть не заходить на платформу зум каждый раз после входа в аккаунт гугл?

Hello! I have one problem. I decided to login with Google account without registering on Zoom platform and purchased a plan. Now I can't access my account on Zoom platform without Google account, so every time I have to login with Google account first and then login to Zoom platform. Can you help me? How can I create an additional login and password for Zoom platform? that is, not to log in to Zoom platform every time after logging in with Google account?
