About to give up on Zoom -

Since mid September I have been trying to resolve an account issue with no reply after posting here several times and submitting a ticket as instructed. We are a nonprofit. In order to renew using a tech soup coupon we had to cancel our account. Done and done, resubscribed, worked fine. However we needed to change the owner of the account - billing support helped with that HOWEVER instructed me to set up a new email address, different from license emails or account owner emails. Did that. Rep said they would "sync the two accounts". This has not happened. I log in with the "new" email address (who is the admin), and get a notice that I have unassigned licenses. I try to assign licenses (we purchased three) and get a message that I have exceeded the # of licenses we are allotted.  The offshoot is that I cannot, using this new email address, assign alternate hosts for our meetings. When I try to do that, the message says "the email account  (that I'm trying to make alternative hosts with) does not have a license assigned to it nor are our regular meetings showing up on this new email. And, of course I can't assign alternative hosts via the other email sign ins as they don't have admin permissions.  So, here I am. I am confused and frustrated. The accounts need to be merged and the license issue resolved. I'm feeling like I am hitting a wall with trying to get support to fix this.

HELP!!! Zoom claiming I have no live support, even though I have pro

I am beyond frustrated with Zoom.  We have Zoom Pro and Zoom Phone.  Our phones are not ringing so I tried to contact Zoom for live chat support (which I have used within the past couple of days).  Zoom's stupid bot is saying that our account does not come with live support.  I do not know why the live support is not working now, when we are clearly paying for Zoom Pro.  I have an invoice indicating that we paid for Zoom Pro for the next year.  Zoom's horrible support is paralyzing us.  We are paying for help and cannot receive it.  I do not know what I can do.  Any advice is welcome.

How do I pause my zoom pro account since I only needed to use it for 1 day but will need to use it for the remainder of the days (27 days left for my monthly plan this month) starting late November or so.

Does this make sense? I paid for one month of zoom (31 days) but would like to pause it and use 28 or 27 days I paid for some time in the near future.

After transferring my data to a new phone, Zoom automatically logged me out of my main device and requested that I enter a 2FA or recovery code, despite having only a basic account. I’ve tried all the suggested methods provided by Zoom, but NONE of them worked. As a result, I can no longer access to that account due to this issue!

I'm writing to inquire about upgrading some basic accounts within our Zoom Workplace Pro organization. I have  two pro accounts. Pro account 1 connected many other Zoom accounts to the account but those accounts are only basic ones. I also have another pro account 2 that has 18 available licensed paid (pro) accounts to add.

My goal is to turn a few basic accounts (connected to pro account 1) to Pro accounts. Can we somehow update some basic accounts from pro account 2 that has available licensed paid (pro) accounts WITH leaving these accounts connected to account 1?

Iwant to do it this way because I have already paid pro accounts but from account 2. At the same time, it is essential that these accounts we want to switch to PRO be connected to account 1 (that doesn't have more available pro accounts to add without paying).

Maybe we can transfer somehow a few paid pro accounts from account 2 to account 1?

Hi,

I have a Zoom One Pro plan on annual billing cycle and required the Large Meeting add on for a couple of months. I was given a discount for 3 months of 50% on a MONTHLY BILLING CYCLE, (it says "subscription period monthly"). Now I want to cancel the add on. Not only did it restart my annual billing cycle for my Zoom One Pro plan (when I was going to cancel this month!) but also it won't now let me cancel the add-on either, and says:

 

"You are unable to cancel, downgrade or decrease your monthly add-on subscription until the end of your annual subscription's billing cycle. Contact Us if you have any questions."

 

I tried contacting zoom, with zero response and also saw that this topic has been posted before with no responses from zoom.

 

Unless I cancel the PayPal billing agreement on my end within two days (which I will do if unresolved) it will automatically charge me again for the add on.

 

Having a monthly suscription plan for add-ons and not being able to cancel them at the end of the month is a scam.

 

Any thoughts on how to cancel the Large meeting add-on subscription?
