But I can't log in without the two-factor authentication application code, access to it is always lost along with a broken phone, and there is no instruction anywhere on what to do in this situation.

Delete the credit card info

I need to delete the information for the credit card in the 'Billing' section. I cancel my subscription, and I tried to do this but it appears to change the payment only without deleting the existing information for the credit card.

Subscription didn't upgrade despite payment

I paid to renew my Pro on 12/29. It says on Zoom that I am upgraded but it won't give me access to a live person to understand why it still only gives me basic features. I only get the 40 min and it caused a HUGE issue in an important meeting today Show more

Will their zoom schedules and recording tranfer over after their license gets merged / upgraded with our account?

Date formats

Why are there no date formats starting with DD?

I realise this is an American company, but Zoom is supposedly a global program and there are multiple options for MM-DD-YY but no DD-MM-YY options.
