I'm trying to figure out how to get into an old account, but I do not have access to an authentication code or recovery code. I need to access this account for business purposes but no matter what I try I can't do anything. I try to submit a ticket with this account but I get told it doesn't exist even though I verified all the information linked to it. Does anyone have any ideas on what I can do? I tried to call customer support but also got told that this account doesn't exist.

I've got email for all of my already onboarded users:

Hello,

We've detected an issue with "email", associated with your Zoom account, that violates section 8(iv) of Zoom's Terms of Service . For this reason, this user has been suspended.
Please reach out to the email owner and let them know if they wish to dispute this decision, they may submit an appeal.

Story: Got 100 licenses, was trying to move from GOTOconnect to Zoom Phone, got 100 licenses, and was trying to set up everything and scheduled couple of port ins, 1 number already got ported in. While my users were signing up with the email invitation they received account got disabled and everyone got that email. At that time I was setting up the IVR/Group call settings. Submitted appeal, got rejected, submitted companys paperwork even tax returns got rejected. Now the 1 number which already got ported in is very essential to me, and now I can't port it out because I'm being told that I need zoom phone license to do that, but my account is disabled and downgraded so it won't let it process. Overall situation is going to a bigger liability case for Zoom.

Account ending with 1627. Phone number which got stuck is ending 2774.

I have been chatting with the virtual chat bot. Not getting anywhere. Looking for assistance on two questions I have related to adding users to my workplace pro account.  

 

1. If a person has or doesn't have their own Zoom account what is the benefit to them or me to add them to my account? 

2. Is the fee to add a user to my account the same as if they were to get their account?

We've had a premium account for years and a personal meeting number, and we are all over the world and rely on Zoom.  We pay automatically each month, and all payments are up to date.  We go into Zoom to start an incredibly important meeting today, and our meeting id is gone, they've replaced it with a free account id, the history is gone from the account, and I can't use support because it claims I have a free account and does not recognize either our old personal id or our new one.  Help!  My claim email sent is classified as low priority, and we are losing thousands a day because of this.  It is quite an emergency for us.  What do I do?

Захожу по ссылкам, нет никаких счетов и нет информации о поддержке. 

 

Может кто-нибудь сталкивался с подобным?
