I've got a hybrid org with 16 offices all over my state and staff work either in an office or remote. Sometimes staff are in different offices and managers cover fluctuating office locations. 

 

The user-set "Work Location" function in the profile card is great - especially paired with status messages. For example, a user could set their location to "Office" and in their status, write the location city. 

 

Is there a back end report or API request that consolidates this user-reported data to get a picture of where the workforce is on a given day? This helps to manage coverage for sites when staff are on PTO or sick.

The payment handling of transferring account to Enterprise

We have some accounts are registered by using company email address and they are paying via credit card. The head quarter has joined the enterprise plan and make the SSO authentication. Since the SSO is enabled and we are not able to login those accounts now before transferring them to enterprise plan.

 

We would like to know whether the credit card payment will be cancelled automatically if we transfer those accounts to the enterprise plan?

I was associated with another account and now cannot access past recordings. They told me to do this:

Unfortunately we do not have this Zoom Enterprise Plan anymore. We were not giving any notice.
 
We email everyone and also share on social media.
 
Here are steps to get your video recordings from Zoom.
 
Please note that this steps is NOT connected with HNP in anyway.
 
Just passing along to make sure you get your video recordings.
 
1. Log onto your account on Zoom.us
2. Click on account profile
3. Click on "Unassociate and create your account"
4. From here, select the plan you want
 
Hope this helps you get your recordings.

Will I be able to get my recordings by doing this since it will be a new account?

I Have Workplace But I Am Not An Administrator? I Am The Only Person On My Account

I am a Zoom Workplace subscriber and the only person on my account, yet I cannot do administrative settings. Why? Who else would be the administrator? I need certain settings and should be allowed to do so.

ライセンス付与について

ライセンスの付け替えをしようとしたところ、

上限回数に達したのか、付け替えができなくなり、

ライセンスが余っているにも関わらず、誰にもプロ権限が付与されない状態になってしまいました。

 

チャットボットに相談しても、ダウングレードを薦められるだけで、

解決に至りません。

 

費用は、すでに1年分前払いしています。

元のようにプロ権限を回復させるには、どのように対処すればよろしいでしょうか?

Здравствуйте! У меня в прошлом году был оплачен годовой тариф. В этом году у меня нет необходимости пользоваться этим тарифом, но я его забыла отменить. Отменила на следующий день, когда пришел счет на оплату. 

Сейчас мне приходят письма, чтобы я оплатила задолженность. В кабинете написано, что тариф отменится через год.

 

Подскажите, пожалуйста, как мне сейчас отменить годовой план и чтобы письма с требованием оплаты перестали ко мне приходить. Заранее спасибо за помощь.
