Se debe eliminar la tarjeta de crédito de la configuración de zoom. 

Por las políticas internas solo debe usarse para el pago del servicio anual, pero NO puede estar ligada a la cuenta de zoom, NO se requiere cambiarla por otra tarjeta, solo borrarla de la configuración. 

 

Aclaro que no se desea borrar la cuenta, solo la información de la tarjeta de crédito.

Basic vs. Pro

I am being billed for the Pro plan but I don't know what email it is using. When I log in to my personal email, it says I only have Basic.

 

I don't have access to 2 of the 3 emails it is listing.

How is it possible to retrieve the #licenses for each product? Previously it seemed there where billing api endpoints (e.g. https://developers.zoom.us/docs/api/rest/billing-api/ or https://api.zoom.us/v2/accounts/me/billing ) from which it could be derived. However these are not documented in the new API documentation https://developers.zoom.us/docs/api/ and when used I het a response with the following error:

Invalid access token, does not contain scopes:[].

How can we via the API retrieve the amount of licenses per product? Or in general the #licenses we have?

What is the best method to talk to and/or receive a response from Zoom.  Over the past week, I have called the sales number several times and submitted the online contact form in an effort to discuss an upgrade and/or add on service to our account.  When calling the number, 888-799-9666, I follow the prompts and am place on hold for 30 minutes or more.  I have not received a response and/or acknowledgement of the contact form submitted online.  DOES ZOOM HAVE LIVE HELP?  Someone to speak to??

We were unable to process payment since your sold to country is ineligible for the currency selected

Can someone help me with this error? I was able to pay all my previous bills with the same method and same details but now this won't let me make a payment.

I am adding in our details under business account and cannot press save although I have entered information in all of the required fields. At the top of that menu, it mentions something about needing more information from us as apart of an Australian compliance law. We aren't in Australian and have no connection to Australia. 

 

What should we do?

Invoice overdue

I have an invoice overdue since December 5th, but I have not used Zoom since December 1st, and I forgot to cancel the plan. I do not want to pay for something I did not use. How can I delete that invoice?

I need answers to product questions for running an AA meeting

My AA meeting is purchasing a Zoom account. There are seven of us on the steering committee and we all need access to it. The meeting could have up to 100 people or 200 people January-March but usually trickles down to about 50. How could I make sure... Show more

My AA meeting is purchasing a Zoom account. There are seven of us on the steering committee and we all need access to it. The meeting could have up to 100 people or 200 people January-March but usually trickles down to about 50. How could I make sure we have enough to seat the possibility of 100+ people and also make sure everyone has access without having to buy a workplace or extra licenses? I have not been able to get a clear answer. We cannot pay $50 a month nor can we purchase a business because of all the tax stuff (unless there is a way around it). Please advise! I have asked the bot, support agent (he basically hung up on me through the chat), and asked sales to contact me. No one has helped. Thanks!
