Hi everyone...

 

I'm trying to connect my zoom account to a new GoHighLevel account with a client but it will not let me as it's saying it's connected to an old clients one (see screenshot).

 

Does anyone know how I can remove this integration? The old client has said they no longer use GHL and have access to the account... Is there somewhere inside Zoom where I can see what my account is connected to and remove those connections?

Thanks in advance for the help!  My account billing shows my account is Pro, but my account will only let me set up meetings as if it is a basic account.  I can't get through on the phone because they say my account isn't eligible for phone support, but I can't figure out where to go for help.  Nothing from the chatbot.  Nothing from the knowledgebase.  Nothing from Google.  Has anyone ever experienced this before?  What did you do?

Our AA group has been dealing with a new problem regarding Zoom bombing. When we try to click on their name on the participant list or their image on the screen to kick them out, they jump around the participant list and the view tiles. We had to wait until the image moved to where the cursor was to grab them. We How do we get their image and name stopped/still so that we can remove them out of a meeting?

Hi,

 

toady I added one more user licence pro to my already existing 2 others.  How can I ad the new userlicence to the calenderfunction on my zoom workplace? In the moment I just get shown the two "old" userlicences underneath the calendar where I plan events. I want to see all of them there. 

Ive already putted all 3 in the same user group.

 

If I do a Login with the new user emailadress, I just get shown the new license underneath the calendar, than the old ones are missing.

 

Also, I can not change the role of the new user license. There is now role change button on the website. 

Can anybody help?

Hey guys.

 

I have been reaching out to the Zoom sales & support team more than 5 times - note once has anyone from Zoom responded. I am desperate. 

 

As a consultant working with some Global brands specifically operating in South Africa, I recommend Zoom for internal & external communication, training and facilitation purposes. In fact, if they want to work with us, they sign a contract that Zoom is the platform we will use. I have brought Zoom to many large businesses, yet often find myself stuck with a specific question. I try YouTube, your "support" docs etc, but am in desperate need of sitting with a Zoom specialist. The whole of South Africa is moving to MS Teams ( I hate Teams). Our biggest clients in SA (+50 000 employees) moved over to Team and just two weeks ago our biggest Global client (200k employees) that I had on Zoom, decided to move to Teams. I brought Zoom to the largest University in South Africa, that just told me that they are also now leaving Zoom.

 

Why is it so difficult to get any support from the Zoom sales team when I am trying to make them sales... I don't even ask for commission! So this is my last attempt...to get some sort of demo, expert, or person who would be willing to book some time with me and answer my questions so that I can convince the few clients we have that still use Zoom, to continue to use it.

Hey everyone - in the same boat as others. Accidentally selected Educator account when trying to create an account using the Google integration. It's now asking for information about my organization, who can sign for student data, etc.

 

Starting over, clearing cache/cookies, trying in a private browser all takes me back to the same page to enter education information. So I'm stuck.

 

Seems like previous threads that have received a response include a link to create a ticket. However, those links make you log in. Hence, right back to the same spot because the whole point is I can't create the account.

 

It's an account for work so I can't just use a different email address.

 

Anyone had any success with restarting the account creation process after accidentally selecting the educator account?

Account not upgraded after paying for subscription

I subscribed to Zoom Pro on Tuesday morning, however, my account hasn't been upgraded there is still a 40mins time limit on all my meetings. I was supposed to receive an email about the upgrade within a 24-hour period but that hasn't happened either.... Show more

Pausing membership
