Hello. I've been searching the community but don't see a definitive answer that seems to work. I currently have a Pro account and have requested to downgrade to one license.

I'd like to now downgrade further from Pro to Free. BUT with so many recordings in the cloud I don't want to lose can you tell me:

1. How to downgrade without closing/losing my current account

2. If I do have to close and reopen a free account, how I can access my cloud recordings?

I am facing issue while installing the new app it always ask put the payment method for subscription even if i am trying to install free app from app store what is the issue i need urgent assistance

i have requested with apple support team they are saying you have pending payment with zoom, 99 AED for life time license , you have to pay first and then you can use app store, can you please ask your customer service representative to contact me so i can explain everything in detail

으로 들어가서 구독 기간을 변경하려고 하면, 연간 구독칸은 비활성화되서 선택이 안됩니다. 

구독취소를 하고 다시 구독하려고 해도 같은 형태로 연간구독은 비활성화가 되서

어떻게 해야하나요?

I hope this message finds you well. My name is Anastasiia, and I am an English tutor based in Kazakhstan. I have been using Zoom for my classes, and I must say, it has truly been a valuable tool for both me and my students. The features and ease of use make it perfect for my lessons, and I’ve been able to create an engaging and effective learning environment.

However, as a tutor in Kazakhstan, I am currently facing financial challenges that make it difficult to afford a Zoom subscription. I want to continue offering the best learning experience to my students, and I feel that having access to Zoom's full capabilities would significantly improve my teaching.

Good Morning, 

 

I downloaded the Zoom Application on my Iphone and when trying to log in, I am unable to:

 

1. If I just put in my user name and password = "Cannot sign in, please check your network connection"

2. Sign In with SSO and enter my company domain = Takes me to browser and "Safari cannot open the page because the server cannot be found. 

3. Sign in with SSO and state that "I don't know my company domain" and enter my credentials = I receive the Network Error Message "Network Error. Please try again later."

 

I have co-workers that have the app on their phones and are able to log in fine. I am guessing it is something in settings, but I do not know where to look.  Any thoughts?
