Hi Zoom Community,

Yesterday, I made the payment for my monthly Zoom subscription, but today my account still shows an outstanding balance. I’m worried that if this isn’t resolved, I might lose my subscription.

Details of the issue:

Payment was made on 04/03
Payment method: [credit/debit card, PayPal, etc.].
The charge has already been processed by my bank, but Zoom still lists it as pending.
I’ve already tried logging out and back in, but the issue persists. Has anyone experienced this before and knows how to fix it? Should I contact Zoom Support directly?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I bought a plan for the clinic I work with, and I made the "little" mistake of miswrote the email adress... So I'm so stuck with the zoom virtual agent that will never conect me with a real support agent.

 

1.- I cannot change the email address because it asks for confirmation.

2.- The email doesn't exist, so I can't get access to the confirmation codes or anything.

3.- I lost $1'800 mexican pesos in that plan and I even still need the plan but zoom doesn't solve anything...

 

Anyone knows how to reach a support agent???

I had recently availed of upgrading to zoom one basic plus, which supposedly entitles me to 4 meetings a month that can go beyond the 40 min time limit.

 

Whenever I arrange a meeting, I am only given up to 40 minutes.

 

However, I can't seem to avail of it despite it showing that I can in my profile. I wanted to know how I can avail of this considering I am already charged of the additional fees.

my account use Zoom Pro and Zoom Room before, but now, i only need Zoom Room license. yesterday, i was canceled Zoom Workspace Pro plan (before pay invoice). but the invoice doesn't update. today, i check Plan and Billing and i see Invoice have been paid (include Zoom Workspace pro and Zoom Room).

I paid for large meeting licence for 1000 people, and received a credit card confirmation of the amount spent. I am, however, unable to view it in my plan. Can you please confirm? It is urgent as the webinar is tomorrow.

Pague el 3 de Marzo un adeudo que tenia que no me habia dado cuenta y pague de una vez Marzo, con fecha de vencimiento el 31 de Marzo, se me hizo el cobro pero mi cuenta sigue siendo limitada.

Que hago? No encuentro ni un correo de apoyo en donde me puedan apoyar y me dicen que el chat de zoom no esta dentro de mi plan.
