when i log in it says 1132, which apparently means i violated the ruled and guidelines. i'm confused because i use zoom for my online classes only and sometimes i don't even open my camera and mic. i don't send malicious or bad chats either. i'm completely not violating any rules. i already sent an appeal and it says i should contact the team. 

 

is this where i contact the team? please let me know. and reconsider your decision, i really need zoom for my classes. there might be a mistake.

毎月、請求金額: ¥2,338 JPYの請求があるのですが、ログインしても、「無料のプランを利用中」ですと表示されています。

心当たりがあるとすれば、同じメールアドレスで以前プロ契約したことがあるのですが、その契約がずっと生きている、という可能性はありますでしょうか。。。

However, after filling in all the blanks, the error 'creditcardState' keeps appearing and I cannot make payment even though the credit card is working and I have checked with the bank. I am using Safari on Mac. I have tried other of my credit cards but the same issue persists.
