I am writing to address an issue regarding our Zoom package subscription and to seek your assistance in resolving it.

In August, we initially purchased a Zoom package for 100 participants from your company. Subsequently, we upgraded our subscription to accommodate 500 participants between September and October.However, in October, we sent an email requesting the cancellation of the 500-participant package. Our intention was actually to cancel the second package and continue with the initial 100-participant package we purchased in August. We only wanted to remove the additional 400 participants and continue with the original 100 participants. Unfortunately, due to a technical glitch or misunderstanding of the situation, we were unable to establish effective communication with you. Consequently, the entire package was canceled. Knowing that refunds are not possible, we now request the reactivation of the second package, i.e., the provision of Zoom service for 500 participants. We plan to continue our partnership in this manner. We believe that you will understand our issue and resolve it promptly. We look forward to receiving a positive response from you as soon as possible.

Tengo el correo anclado de *********** por lo cual no tengo acceso al correo ya que el método de recuperación no está activado y no hay posibilidad de recuperarlo, por ende he creado otro correo corporativo donde si se esta usando  *********** manera activa, por lo que necesito hacer el cambio de correo para tener los recibos para seguir pagando la licencia de Zoom

Hi folks,

 

I am trying to change my Main Zoom Account Owner email to a Google eMail account.

The problem is, used the calendar function to link Zoom to that account.

So when I try to Edit my Zoom Account eMail address to this Google eMail account, I receive the following error

" eMail address is already in use "

I followed the Support Articles to try to find the linked account, however it does not appear anywhere in the Zoom profile.

I went into the Google Account and removed the App Integration with Zoom so from a Google Perspective, the account is no longer associated with this Zoom Account.

I went back to Zoom and tried to change the eMail address to this Google Account and same error.

 

I even tested with other Gmail accounts and they worked ( I cancelled before comitting them )

 

This original integration with the first Gmail account seems to be held somewhere in the Zoom account.

 

Where can I find the reference and delete it ?

Due to the sale of my company last year,  I no longer have the email address that my paid Zoom account is linked to. I still have the password, but when I try to Log In to Zoom, I am asked to provide a code -that is sent to the email that I no longer have access to - so I am unable to proceed with logging in to the paid Zoom account. I need to change email address & billing info associated with the paid account, but am unable to do so unless I can log in to the account.  I have tried following the steps provided on the 'help' page, but those steps require logging in to change the email address on file - which I cannot do due to the 2FA that I cannot access.  I also was able to email customer support directly (from my new email address), but got messages that "Our records indicate that the email address provided in the request is not associated with an active Zoom account so we are unable to respond to your open ticket."  This response also said to contact customer support by logging in to my account or to call, but no phone number was provided.  I called the sales department number to try to get transferred to tech support, but was on hold for over 4 hours and NO ONE ever picked up.  I was recently billed for another year of Zoom, but I cannot access the account.  If anyone knows of a work around to bypass the 2FA, or a way to contact support and speak/email with an actual HUMAN, I would greatly appreciate it.

Hi, I am hoping that someone can help.  I have a Zoom account and profile, and can sign in.  However when I have contacted Zoom Support they do not recognise my profile. This means that I cannot access support. 

 

I am also trying to update my Zoom program on my desktop (which is the reason that I am trying to access Zoom Support), however when I sign in to my Zoom account and follow the steps to locate the link that looks for updates, the link title is not present.  I am going around in circles, and cannot get Zoom to recognise me to provide technical assistance.
