I have recently taken over as Chair for our Parent Advisory Council at our school.  We have one zoom license and it is held with our previous Chair.  She has made me the owner of the zoom account.  Is it possible to transfer our license from her to me?  It is awkward to have to go through her all the time to schedule meetings that are longer than 40 minutes.

I have attempted to contact Zoom regarding changing the sign in email whith no success. The situation is I no longer have access to the initial sign in email, therefore when I attempt to change the sign in email address, Zoom sends me a confirmation to an email address I no longer have access to. It is so frustarting especially when no one gets back to me after several attempts at contacting them. Are there any solutions or work arounds for this dilemma?

Payment not being processed

Unauthorised deduction of money from a company account

I have received notification that monies have been debited from my company account, which I did not authorise. This has significantly impacted our cashflow and as such, a critical provider's authorised payment may not process. I can not find ANYWHERE... Show more

I have received notification that monies have been debited from my company account, which I did not authorise.

 

This has significantly impacted our cashflow and as such, a critical provider's authorised payment may not process.

 

I can not find ANYWHERE, where I can contact Zoom to have this amount reimbursed IMMEDIATELY; therefore, I am left with no other option other than to post this issue in this forum.

 

I expect a representative to contact me with advice of the IMMEDIATE reimbursement of funds, within the next 24 hours.

I have purchased a subscription through Google Play, and the transaction is visible in my google play account. Upon payment, I was granted 7 days of access to the PRO version. However, once this period finished, my account reverted to the basic version.

I've reached out to both Zoom and Google multiple times over the past month to address this issue, but unfortunately, I haven't received any assistance or resolution. I'm seeking clarification from Zoom, as I've fulfilled all payment requirements and expect the service to reflect my paid subscription status.

Zoom Pro Owner has Retired

The superintendent of our school retired and the Pro account was associated with his log in.  I need to change this account to our new account, but I don't have access to the old superintendents account.  Who do I need to talk to make this happen.

They absolutely do this intentionally to cause billling errors and SURPRISE!! Theres no one to help you. What the heck.
