We're trying to create accounts using the @learningheroes.com email domain (our company domain), and we're not able to create the account.


Once we try to create it using the Zoom Web App it redirects to calliduscloud.zoom.us SSO, a company unknown for us, that we never heard or have any knowledge about it.

We have not configured SSO for our domain and as I'm the IT manager for the company, in our DNS records for our domain we have nothing related to Zoom verification for SSO.

Incredibly difficult and time consuming to change subscriptions

I spent an entire week and a half dozen emails back and forth just to change a couple subscriptions. Delay after delay because support staff did not know the simplest things - like asking us to put a credit card on file for billing when we already have one on file. I do not see how Zoom expects to retain customers when they make it so difficult to do something so simple. They should not be wasting customers' time with a broken service system.

impossible to sign in since I changed my computer and my password

Hello, I have a new computer. Usually I was not asked for my password so I forgot it. So I created a new password. But I cannot sign in. I seems that a verification message is sent by zoom somewhere. But I do not know where.

My two Zoom One Pro licenses expire tomorrow. Both are currently canceled. I would like to extend one of the two licenses, but I can't find a way to do this in the license overview. The only available option is "reactivate subscription", which would include both licenses. How can I reduce the number of licenses to 1 and then extend it?

mistakenly delete admin account from zoom

mistakenly delete admin account from zoom portal and now we unable to login account. recently before 2 days we renewed our subscription. kindly help me to reactivate my account.

In 2024,I do not need eight users, I decide change users quantity to
three. So, I changed our Zoom service subscription to three users on 3/4
2024. I think system will automatic effective on 3/5 2024.

But after that, the system still charges eight users amount to our company.
Can I change to three users and refund to me immediately ?

Name wrong when in Zoom meeting

Zoom Won't Remove Fraudulent Charges

I have several charges on my purchasing card that I have been trying to have removed and Zoom will not remove them. I work for an enormous college hospital system with a corporate Zoom account. I am one of literally thousands of lower-level employees, I do not pay for the hospital systems Zoom account. I have been ill served by their "Tier II" department. Who has claimed that the charges are from an increase in Zoom Room Licenses and monthly cloud services. MY COPRORATE CREDIT CARD WAS NEVER REGISTERED WITH ZOOM! I cannot believe that I am still fighting with them to remove the charges! Has this happened to anyone else?  

Hi - Thank you for contacting Zoom Billing. I am showing the charges are for an increase in Zoom Room licenses from 45 to 55 and Monthly Cloud services. I will transfer you to our Renewals team who can assist you with cancelling the services if needed.
