Subject: Request for Re-activation of 500-person Zoom Package

Dear Zoom Representative,

I am writing to address an issue regarding our Zoom package subscription and to seek your assistance in resolving it.

In August, we initially purchased a Zoom package for 100 participants from your company. Subsequently, we upgraded our subscription to accommodate 500 participants between September and October.However, in October, we sent an email requesting the cancellation of the 500-participant package. Our intention was actually to cancel the second package and continue with the initial 100-participant package we purchased in August. We only wanted to remove the additional 400 participants and continue with the original 100 participants. Unfortunately, due to a technical glitch or misunderstanding of the situation, we were unable to establish effective communication with you. Consequently, the entire package was canceled. Knowing that refunds are not possible, we now request the reactivation of the second package, i.e., the provision of Zoom service for 500 participants. We plan to continue our partnership in this manner. We believe that you will understand our issue and resolve it promptly. We look forward to receiving a positive response from you as soon as possible.

Unfortunately, the system detects me as a basic account and precludes this possibility, how can I tell support that my account is pro and thus access the support functions that are due to that type of account?

I have been using the same credit card on auto pay every month for my Zoom Pro account, but last December and January , my payment history showed unpaid , but in February I decided to use my card and pay since the system was not auto deducting. The past payment was cleared but now i cannot make a new payment for the month of feb. I tried my card again but it showed error. I used someone else s card and the payment was done but within 24 hours my money was credited and I am on my basic plan again. I have mailed them and they have refreshed my account but my card is still declined when i am trying to pay for upgrading. please help

I have an invoice that shows as credit amount -31.95. When I click the invoice, it opens a link but doesn't give me any payment options. I tried to pay the invoice manually at https://zoom.us/paynow, but it says "This invoice reflects a credit to the account and no action is needed."

 

Do I need to pay this invoice or not? I don't have any active subscriptions now.
